Site Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Highways and Earthworks package based in Norwich. This is a long-term contract position with competitive rates and excellent project exposure. Key Responsibilities: * Setting out and surveying for highways and earthworks operations * Checking technical drawings and ensuring compliance with specifications * Supporting the Site Management team in delivering works safely and efficiently * Managing quality assurance and producing site documentation * Coordinating with subcontractors and reporting progress to senior management Requirements: * Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways, earthworks, or heavy civils projects * Proficient in setting out using GPS and total stations * Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards * CSCS card essential; SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous * Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related field desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to secure a long-term role on a flagship infrastructure scheme.
