Role: Site Manager Location: North West (school sites) Type: Permanent contract Salary: £45,000 per annum Car or 5k car allowance Start Date: September 2025 (TBC) The Opportunity: We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Manager to oversee education-based refurbishment and construction works across a portfolio of schools in the North West, with contracts totalling £7 million. This is a permanent position offering long-term security, a strong pipeline of work, and the chance to join a well-established contractor with a great reputation for quality and delivery. What You'll Be Doing: Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple school projects Leading subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in - this is an 80/20 split between management and hands-on work Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions, and RAMS reviews What You'll Need: SMSTS First Aid at Work Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one) Strong joinery/carpentry background Comfortable being tool-ready when needed Proven track record delivering education or similar public sector refurbishment works To apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
