Senior Quantity Surveyor Kent Are you a Senior Surveyor seeking a new and challenging opportunity? Senior Surveyors, projects on average will range between £5m - £20 million across the following sectors: Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Heritage and Commercial. About The Role: As the Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role within the organisation working collaboratively with both customers and industry specialists. You will add value, and always ensure best practice. Duties and responsibilities: Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome Manage the project commercial team Interested in the opportunity above?
