Position: Mechanical Days Only Shift Engineer Location: Docklands, East London Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: 4 on 4 off, Days Only (7am - 7pm) We are currently seeking a Mechanical Days Only Shift Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider, working within a prestigious commercial facility in the Docklands, East London. Key Responsibilities: Carry out mechanical and basic maintenance duties, including both PPMs and reactive maintenance Work as part of an on-site engineering team, alongside an Electrical Engineer Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures and statutory requirements Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation Support the delivery of a safe and efficient working environment Requirements: Mechanical bias with relevant trade qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent) Proven experience working within a commercial building environment Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible approach, with the willingness to cover overtime as required Why Apply?
