Railway Site Engineer (PTS Certified) Location: Huddersfield Rate: £330 – £400 per day Contract: Contract Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Railway Site Engineer with a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification for ongoing rail infrastructure works in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile rail projects with a competitive daily rate and long-term potential. Key Responsibilities: * Site engineering on rail infrastructure projects including trackside works, civil packages, and structures * Setting out and surveying using GPS and total station * Ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and site safety protocols * Working closely with the site manager, project engineers, and subcontractors * Producing as-builts and maintaining accurate site records * Supporting possession planning and delivery during blockades or weekend works (as required) Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on railway projects * Valid PTS certification (essential) * Proficient with setting out equipment (GPS/EDM/Total Station) * CSCS card * Strong understanding of Network Rail procedures and site safety * Able to work days, with occasional weekend/night shifts if required What’s On Offer: * £330 – £400 per day, depending on experience * Long-term work in the Huddersfield region * Weekly pay and streamlined onboarding * Work with a respected contractor on established rail frameworks Apply Now
