Job Title: Project Manager Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, Worcester Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction - commercial new build and refurbishment projects Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum Benefits: car allowance / company car, fuel allowance, private pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, additional benefits Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Company Branding: A Leading Construction business is looking for a Project Manager to join their West Midlands team, based out of their Worcestershire office. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Site / Project Manager on education and hospital projects up to £5 million. There are progression opportunities to Contracts Manager within 2 years due to expansion plans. Job Duties: Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish within the specified budget and time frame Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS certification First Aid certification Valid Driving Licence Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site / Project Manager in the construction industry on education projects. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Proficient in project management software Preferred Qualifications: Further certifications in project management Experience working on education and hospital projects Working Conditions: The role will involve working on construction sites and in office environments.
