Resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established Business / Systems Improvement Analyst to form a crucial bridge between key business users, department leads and technical teams to embed and develop such solutions. Typical duties include the following: * AS-IS and TO-BE evaluations throughout * Arrange / manage workshops * Process flows / User Stories * Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties / colleagues * Work closely with the relevant business users and IT teams to identify and discuss potential system enhancements and corrections * Manage expectations of key stakeholders * Assist in the UAT process to ensure that new features are successfully implemented * Training staff in how to use the new systems * Point of contact for system-related queries and training needs.
