Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor: Overseeing and managing the entire tender process, ensuring the bids are strategically sound, finally viable, and m meticulously prepared to increase chances of winning contracts Working with bid writers to draft, review an edit bid documents, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and tailored to the clients needs Clarifications and negotiations Ensuring all estimators follow render process Working with the finance and operational teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies Manage internal and external marketing media streams Experience: Degree educated (ideally English, Law, Business Studies, or equivalent construction qualification). Journalistic / professional writing background. Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
