Sales Manager – Flat Roofing & Waterproofing Systems Location: North & North West London – SL, TW, UB, HA, KT Salary: £40,000–£80,000 basic (DOE) Uncapped OTE £150k–£250k (with guaranteed bonus in Year 1 & 2) Hours: Field & home-based, with flexibility to drive results About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in construction sales to take ownership of a territory in the flat roofing and waterproofing sector. This role offers uncapped earning potential, long-term career development, and the chance to represent a well-established manufacturer known for quality products and technical expertise. This is a mix of new business development and account management, working closely with contractors, specifiers, architects, and building owners to deliver high-performance roofing and waterproofing solutions. What’s on Offer * £40k–£80k basic salary (DOE) * Uncapped OTE £150k–£250k guaranteed bonus in Years 1 & 2 * Share scheme linked to performance * Healthcare & pension * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Laptop, mobile, and printer provided * Regular UK & international team events * Specialist product and technical training Key Responsibilities * Develop new business across the territory with contractors, FM companies, and consultants * Grow and maintain existing customer relationships * Promote a portfolio of flat roofing and waterproofing materials into commercial, industrial, and public sector projects (schools, hospitals, local authorities, etc.) * Re-ignite reduced-spend accounts and maximise pipeline opportunities * Achieve and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and margins * Work with in-house technical teams to deliver tailored solutions About You * Proven background in construction product sales – ideally roofing, waterproofing, cladding, or wider building envelope * Strong track record in winning new business and developing accounts * Experienced in dealing with specifiers, contractors, and commercial clients * Confident negotiator and closer with a target-driven mindset * Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working field-based * Full UK driving licence Why Apply?
