Sub Agent

We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering major civils schemes in Leeds. They’re looking for an experienced Senior engineer/Sub Agent to support the site team. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily site operations and supervise engineers and subcontractors * Ensure work is delivered to programme, safety, and quality standards * Maintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports * Work closely with the Agent and Project Manager to deliver key packages * Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Section Engineer on highways or civils projects * Knowledge of earthworks, 278 works or General civils * SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or above), and First Aid certification * Strong communication and leadership skills * HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Project Overview: * Major highways improvement scheme in Leeds * Work includes rc structures , link roads, and drainage * Opportunity to join an experienced project team on a high-profile infrastructure project This is a great opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer or Sub Agent in the Leeds area.
