Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee new residential developments in the Edinburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a healthy pipeline of projects and a strong track record of progression. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations on-site ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour effectively Monitor build programmes and drive progress Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance on site Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery Oversee quality assurance, snagging, and handovers Requirements: ✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager within the housebuilding sector ✅ SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification essential ✅ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills ✅ Track record of delivering housing developments to NHBC standards This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Site Manager to work with a respected housebuilder offering long-term stability and career development.
