Role: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Edinburgh Salary: £55,000 per annum 5% bonus Car Allowance: £5,200 or company vehicle Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday Other: Free onsite parking 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme, life insurance, and health & wellbeing perks The role: We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of the Mechanical lifecycle and minor/major mechanical works on a high-profile PFI healthcare contract in Edinburgh. With two years remaining on the contract, this is a great opportunity for progression in a dynamic, critical environment. As Mechanical PM, you'll manage the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of mechanical infrastructure upgrades across a large, operational healthcare site - from plant replacements and ventilation upgrades to HTM-compliant refurbishments. Key duties: Lead mechanical project delivery to HTM and statutory standards Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality control Maintain full compliance with CDM, HTM, and health & safety requirements Produce and review technical documentation, RAMS, and commissioning plans Work closely with hospital FM teams, estates, and clinical stakeholders Provide regular reporting, attend progress meetings, and manage risk About You: Mechanical or Building Services qualification (HNC/HND/City & Guilds minimum) SMSTS and/or relevant health & safety certifications Proven experience managing mechanical projects in large environments Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills Familiarity with project software such as MS Project or Primavera Apply now by sending your CV to: (url removed)
