Junior Graduate CAD Technician – £25,000–£30,000 Leatherhead, Surrey Salary & Development: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience. We invest in training and development, so if you have the right industry understanding, we’ll support you in building the technical skills. Great opportunity for a Junior CAD Technician to join an established Building Services team. You’ll support project delivery by producing drawings, incorporating model changes, and assisting with co-ordination under the guidance of senior team members. Experience: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) / Building Services background — contractor or consultancy. Knowledge of design software (Revit/CAD). Eager to learn — full training provided. Responsibilities: Produce co-ordinated model solutions for simpler areas. Create SSDs and end sheets from 3D models. Update and incorporate changes into 2D/3D environments. Apply BIM data to models. Raise technical queries and liaise with clients/design teams.
