Senior Building Surveyor | London Delivering Meaningful Work Across Iconic Estates £60,000 – £70,000 Car Allowance Market-Leading Benefits Package We’re delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, international multi-disciplinary consultancy as they expand their London Building Surveying team. Known for delivering high-quality surveying and real estate services to some of the UK’s most high-profile public sector bodies, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor seeking variety, responsibility, and progression. About the Role This is a varied and stimulating role offering a blend of project delivery and professional services. You will: Deliver condition data capture and strategic asset management programmes Undertake professional services including: Asset and condition surveys Building pathology and historic building assessments Measured surveys, fire risk assessments, and access audits Dilapidations, insurance valuations, and property care advice Prepare tender documentation, technical specifications, and AutoCAD drawings Act as Contract Administrator on minor works projects, ensuring quality and compliance Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues Support the regional business development strategy and contribute to national frameworks ✅ What We’re Looking For We are keen to speak with candidates who are: MRICS-qualified, or within 18 months of achieving chartered status Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or a related discipline) Experienced in consultancy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident using AutoCAD and other IT/design tools Holders of a full UK driving licence Eligible for (or already holding) security clearance (highly desirable) Bonus: Progress on the RICS External Wall Systems Assessment Training Programme Working Environment Our client encourages a flexible and balanced approach to work.
