Corporate Solicitor (NQ / 0-3 PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer to join a specialist team based in Worcester, focused on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, investigations, and company secretarial support. This role offers meaningful exposure to corporate transactional work without the extremes often associated with mainstream M&A. The role includes a broad mix of responsibilities such as due diligence reporting, drafting warranties and indemnities, managing disclosure letters and W&I policies, and preparing ancillary documents. You’ll also support governance reviews, NSIA applications, regulatory audits, and technical legal queries.
