Experienced Quantitative Finance Recruiter (Individual Contributor) Location: 100% Remote (UK based only) Compensation: Up to £40,000 base salary 40% commission flat rate on all invoicing Contract: Full-Time Market Regions: UK/USA We are seeking an accomplished quantitative finance recruiter with a proven track record of partnering with leading hedge funds and trading firms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience across either: *Financial Technology Recruiting into Hedge Funds / Investment Banks *Portfolio Management Recruiting *Quant / Discretionary Research & Trading The Role You will take ownership of senior mandates across quant research, trading, technology, and portfolio management, working with world-class institutions such as Millennium, D.E. Shaw, Citadel, and other premier hedge funds. This is an experienced hire requiring a blend of business development, account management, and talent advisory expertise.
