Risk Analyst – Risk and Control Self-Assessment Location: Brentwood or Manchester We are looking for a Risk Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our Group Head of Risk with the implementation, oversight, and enhancement of our Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the Group-wide risk framework. Support the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) cycle and ensure risk registers and controls are up to date. Provide independent review and challenge of RCSA submissions. Guide and advise internal stakeholders on RCSA requirements and best practices. Support risk training initiatives and twice-yearly board reporting. Ensure risk policies remain current and effective across all entities. Monitor regulatory developments and support board and ORSA reporting. What You’ll Bring: Experience in a risk or regulatory environment. Familiarity with SM&CR, regulatory reporting, and delegated authority structures. Strong understanding of risk frameworks, the three lines of defence, and relevant insurance regulations. Relevant qualifications (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
