Cloud Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud programs across multiple workstreams. Manage cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, and third-party vendors. Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, budgets, and risk registers. Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical strategy. Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Oversee migration, optimisation, and integration of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Support change management and adoption across business units. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud programs (ideally in enterprise environments). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with cloud governance, FinOps, and security best practices. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications) are a plus. Desirable: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government). Background in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud architecture. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
