Employment Associate

This leading international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate (1-3 PQE) to join its highly regarded Employment team in London. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters across a range of sectors including financial services, tech, retail, healthcare, and real estate. The successful candidate will have solid experience in employment law, ideally gained at a major UK law firm. You will advise on a broad spectrum of employment issues including workplace investigations, Employment Tribunal claims, corporate transactions, and day-to-day advisory work. Experience in handling large-scale restructurings, drafting and negotiating employment-related documentation, and managing sensitive disciplinary and grievance matters is highly desirable.
