Senior Associate, Corporate M&A, London (4 PQE) Jameson Legal is instructed on a brand new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a leading Corporate practice in the City, to work on a range of high profile multi-jurisdictional deals in a small, yet growing team. You will have a real opportunity to make your mark within our client’s M&A and Corporate Finance team and the wider firm as a whole. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and high value transactions in a flexible and fast-paced environment. You will be nurtured and supported by a group with a strong track record of legal and personal development throughout the associate ranks. Within this structure, you will be encouraged to build your own rapport with clients and to create your own career path. Candidates will be qualified in England & Wales and will have a strong academic background.
