Senior Technical Coordinator – High-Rise Residential Tower (South East London) Location: South East London Project: Landmark High-Rise Residential Tower Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 Car Allowance Bonus Package About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join a leading residential developer on an iconic high-rise residential tower project in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a complex, large-scale development. Key Responsibilities Oversee all technical and design coordination across the residential tower scheme. Manage the flow of information between design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure drawings and technical details are fully coordinated and compliant with building regulations, planning conditions, and client requirements. Support the Technical Manager in driving design and technical solutions through to completion. Lead design workshops and resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively. Monitor and manage design changes, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical team members. About You Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator within residential or mixed-use developments. Strong background in high-rise residential construction (RC frame experience highly desirable). Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and fire/building safety requirements. Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams. Detail-driven with the ability to resolve complex design challenges.
