Legal Counsel

Our client is a unique, values-led organisation and we are looking to hire an experienced lawyer to join the team (title depending on experience). The role is broad and meaningful , covering: Charity law and governance Commercial contracts IP, data protection and more You’ll report to and work closely with a busy and inspiring Chief Legal Officer, helping to shape the legal function as the organisation expands. What we are looking for We are looking for a commercially minded, collaborative and curious individual with a passion for purpose-led work. The successful candidate will have strong charity law and commercial contracts experience gained at a law firm or in-house. Experience with international organisations, publishing and media and/or philanthropic foundations is a plus.
