Production Supervisor – Renewable Energy Manufacturer Berkshire | £45,000 – £50,000 | 25 days holiday bank holidays Recruiting on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer in the renewables sector The Role As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets for quality, output, and efficiency are consistently achieved. You will manage and support a team of production operatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate a team of production staff Ensure production targets are achieved on time and to specification Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, health and safety Drive improvements in efficiency and workflow using lean manufacturing principles Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, Quality and Planning Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced production professional with a background in manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity. Essential: Previous experience in a production supervisory or team leadership role Strong people management and communication skills Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques A hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience within the renewables or sustainability sector Salary & Benefits £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
