Design Manager

Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a fast-growing contractor, specialising in high-end and high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are a trusted and award-winning company known for excellence in construction, turning spaces into works of art. On this project you will be the Design lead across a £35M Cat A/B conversion of a historic building in Liverpool into an office development with a restaurant and social space within. You’ll be at the forefront of the design process from pre-construction through to handover, working alongside the Project and Commercial team to ensure the project's success. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion Integrating architectural vision with practical construction needs Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integration Ensuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines Overseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance Collaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional interiors projects Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Design Manager across Internal fit out or refurbishment projects Architectural or Engineering background or relative Design qualification Deep understanding of construction design processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Proficiency in design software and project management tools If you are well suited to this role, please apply through the link and we will contact you for a confidential discussion.
