The Role You'll lead QA strategy within a fast-growing engineering team, ensuring automation, performance, and quality practices are embedded throughout delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing technical depth with mentoring and stakeholder influence. What You'll Do Own and evolve automation frameworks with Playwright (TypeScript) Drive performance engineering and testing (K6, JMeter) in CI/CD pipelines Apply continuous inspection and automated reporting for visibility and improvement Ensure compatibility testing (e.g. BrowserStack) is built into delivery Champion exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues Collaborate across engineering teams to embed quality at every stageWhat You'll Bring Proven QA experience with leadership exposure Hands-on expertise with Playwright (TypeScript) - essential Strong background in automation, performance, and compatibility testing Experience with CI/CD workflows and cross-functional delivery teams Excellent communication and mentoring skills
