Project Scheduler / Residential Planner – South Cheshire New Build Housing £35,000 - £45,000 Package We are seeking an organised and detail-driven Project Scheduler / Residential Planner to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality new build housing developments across South Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning and scheduling expertise to play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for multiple residential developments. * Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to track progress. * Monitor critical paths, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies. * Produce and update programmes using industry-standard planning software. * Report on project progress to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities. * Support in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient delivery. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Scheduler / Planner, ideally within residential construction or new build housing. * Strong knowledge of planning processes, project controls, and scheduling techniques. * Proficiency with planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera, or MS Project). * Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams. * Relevant qualifications in construction management, planning, or related field (desirable).
