Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established and respected interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Specialising in high-quality interior fit-outs, they deliver projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven QS to play a key role in the commercial success of fast-paced, high-specification projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs from tender to final account Prepare and evaluate subcontractor packages Conduct site visits and liaise with project and site teams Monitor and forecast project budgets and cash flow Prepare monthly valuations, CVRs, and progress reports Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Negotiate and manage contract variations and claims Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field Confident using Excel and estimating software Apply: Contact Hayley Woodruff on (phone number removed) or apply with your CV to (url removed) Building Careers UK specialises in Construction and Property recruitment and serves as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
