Site Engineer – Groundworks Birmingham £60,000 - £75,000 (CIS / PAYE) (PAYE options also available) About the company Our client is a Birmingham based construction company specialising in groundworks. Our clients expertise spans a wide range of commercial and warehousing projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from £1m - £5m. About the role Due to expanded growth with our long-standing client, we have been asked to find Site Engineer that’s capable of delivering groundwork packages for commercial & warehousing projects. The successful Engineer should be capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £1 million up to £5 million each and ideally have previous experience with a residential & commercial groundworks subcontractor. About the requirements * A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from a UK-accredited university * 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on groundworks * Experience with construction materials and processes * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 or day rate equivalent via CIS Full package details can be discussed at interview stage Please apply for more information or contact Bradley at Cityscape Recruitment
