Warehouse Maintenance Electrician – Heathrow Area Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday – 4-day week (10-hour shifts) Location: Slough / Heathrow Area (must be able to commute or relocate) We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Maintenance Electrician to join our team, maintaining and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems within an industrial/warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities * Carry out preventative planned maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. * Troubleshoot and diagnose faults promptly to minimise downtime. * Install, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operation. * Work under the Permit to Work system when required. * Accurately track, document, and report all maintenance activities via the Computerised Maintenance System. * Support on emergency call-outs on a rostered basis and be willing to work away from home on occasion. * Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and company safety policies. Skills & Experience Required * Time-served in an Electrical Engineering Discipline. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in electrical engineering (industrial/warehouse experience preferred). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. * Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical equipment (advantageous). * Understanding of PLC and Drive Systems (advantageous). * 18th Edition qualification (preferred). * Full clean UK driving licence. * Ability to work independently with a clean DBS record. * Must be able to provide 5 years’ verifiable work history (no gaps) to obtain an airside pass.
