Site Manager

We have a fantastic role with a growing developer/contractor based in London. They have started building a new development of 19 unit two and three bedroom apartments for a local housing association in North London and require a standalone site manager to be based on the project. The operations director will visit the site weekly. However, the site manager will have overall responsibility for the planning and the management all the subcontractor packages and labour. Enabling works have already been completed and the steel frame is due to go in later this month. The scheme is due for completion at the end of December and the client is looking to take someone on a long-term contract. Thereafter, there will be other developments to manage. You must have experience of new build residential projects and ideally have longevity in previous roles to be considered for the opportunity
