We're recruiting for a proactive and driven Site Manager to oversee operations on an ongoing housing development in Oxfordshire. The Role: As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Manage subcontractors and direct labour Monitor progress against programme and report updates Ensure quality control and snagging is completed to a high standard Maintain site records and documentation Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve issues on site Knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations What's on Offer: Long-term opportunity on a live site Competitive salary Supportive team and professional development Opportunity to work with a reputable developer/main contractor
