Job Profile: Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion with Supply chain Management/ 100% Remote Job Type: Long-time based Contract Job Opportunity Location: 100% Remote in Mexico Job Description: Main Activities: Evaluates Oracle EBS Order Management suite of modules' functionality and provides solution recommendations to improve business processes, capabilities, and deliver proven value to Cummins Serves as a subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures, and functionality associated with Oracle Order Management suite of modules. Primary Modules: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Release Management and E-Commerce Gateway Secondary Modules: iStore, Order Information Portal, Inventory, Quality, Bill of Materials and Costing Partners with process owners, stakeholders and enterprise architects to gather, document and review functional, architecture and technical requirements Define optimum application setup, high-level and detailed technical solution designs Configure and verify EBS Modules to meet order to cash requirements and specifications Design and oversee the development of integration customizations, workflows, and extensions Work on the Analytics platform (built using Snowflakes) for dashboards and metrics Competencies: Business insight - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals. Solution Configuration - Configures, creates and tests a solution for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Solution Design - Creates and defines the solution design complete with instrumentation and measurement, using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to synthesize diagrams, models and documentation in order to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Solution Functional Fit Analysis - Composes and decomposes a system into its component parts using procedures, tools and work aides for the purpose of studying how well the component parts were designed, purchased and configured to interact holistically to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Solution Modeling - Creates, designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements. Values differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. Education, Experience, Certification: Degree on IT. Fluent English. Solid Experience (5 yrs) in Oracle Order Management (EBS &/or Fusion) implementations (Advanced Pricing, Release Management and other EBS modules are highly beneficial)) Certification in Oracle Order Management (EBS or Fusion) is mandatory Certification in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning is highly beneficial Robust (7 or more years) of system analysis and design experience is required. This should include the creation of functional requirements for enterprise-level business application solutions involving multi-tier client/server, database, or web-based applications. Experience in the full software development lifecycle process. Experiencing delivering solutions via AGILE methodologies is preferred. Functional domain knowledge should include order management (order-to-cash) software applications and along with technical domain knowledge.
