Bilingual Business Development Representative (Financial Services)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join the sales team of a major U.S. financial institution. This is not a typical sales role — you will be the bridge between accounting professionals and innovative financing solutions that empower small businesses to grow. If you are passionate about relationship-building, consultative sales, and making a real impact in the financial sector, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Conduct outbound outreach to accounting firms (CPAs, tax advisors, bookkeepers). Build long-term professional relationships that generate referrals. Become an expert in working capital and commercial real estate loans , and clearly explain their benefits. Qualifying leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential borrowers. Collect initial loan application documentation and submit to the lending team. Play a key role in the growth of a U.S. financial leader . What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting. Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish) – both written and verbal. Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts. Proven ability to hit targets in a fast-paced environment. Resilient, detail-oriented, and motivated by building trusted relationships. Experience in financial services or lending is a strong plus. What We Offer Competitive monthly salary.
