Job Description

Talent Acquisition Analyst We are a leading independent global professional services firm specializing in turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across business functions. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit. Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline activity) and provide regular reports. Collaborate on university relations and early talent programs when applicable. Qualifications 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Intermediate- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or recruiting platforms is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience. Knowledge of the local labor market and recruitment trends is an advantage.
