Job Description

The Talent Intelligence Specialist plays a key role in delivering strategic insights and market intelligence to support data-driven decision-making in talent attraction. This role combines market research, data analytics, and strategic thinking to inform workforce planning, enhance recruiting strategies, and strengthen the company’s ability to attract top talent. About the Role The Talent Intelligence Specialist plays a key role in delivering strategic insights and market intelligence to support data-driven decision-making in talent attraction. Responsibilities Generate market intelligence reports, talent mapping, and competitive benchmarking to inform talent attraction strategies. Support workforce planning through internal and external data analysis to anticipate talent needs and market trends. Build and maintain dashboards to track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline diversity, and hiring velocity. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles. Integrate internal and external data sources (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, etc.) to generate actionable insights. Provide hiring teams and leadership with ad hoc research and data-driven recommendations. Promote a data-informed culture within Talent Acquisition by presenting insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Support employer branding initiatives with market perception data and competitor analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields. 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Research, People Analytics, or a related function. Proven experience working with labor market data, talent analytics, or competitive intelligence. Proficiency in data tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, SeekOut, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to present complex information to non-technical audiences. Collaborative mindset with a consultative approach to internal stakeholders. Advanced English (for regional or global roles). Required Skills Experience supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Experience working in agile environments or cross-functional squads.
