Senior Manager, Consumer Insights Location: Mexico City (Global HQ) – with international scope Reports to: KIA Director Brands: KidZania, kinezis , ACADEMI About the Role At KidZania, kinezis , and ACADEMI , we believe that the future of entertainment, education, and wellbeing must be shaped by those who live it every day: children, families, and communities . The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights will lead our global research and foresight agenda, ensuring that the voices of our audiences are embedded into every decision we make. This role will combine strategic thinking, methodological rigor, and storytelling skills to guide brand strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence across continents. Key Responsibilities Research & Insights Leadership Design and execute the global consumer insights agenda for all three brands. Lead the development and management of the KidZ Index , our proprietary research framework that amplifies the voice of children, anticipates generational behaviors, and showcases needs and aspirations of future consumers. Conduct multi-method research (quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic, digital analytics) to identify drivers of engagement, loyalty, and wellbeing. Trends & Foresight Monitor global trends in children’s entertainment, education, family experiences, and wellbeing (for Kinezis) . Translate signals and foresight into actionable strategies that strengthen our positioning and inspire innovation. Build thought-leadership platforms to position KidZania, Kinezis, and ACADEMI as pioneers in child-centered innovation. Business Partnering Provide insights and strategic recommendations to global operations, marketing, brand, and product development teams . Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring decisions are rooted in consumer understanding. Support franchise partners across regions with relevant market insights and benchmarks. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with external research agencies, think tanks, and academic institutions to strengthen methodologies and expand perspectives. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences, sharing insights that reinforce our leadership in child-centered research. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy roles. Proven expertise designing and leading large-scale, multi-market research projects. Strong track record in both consulting (advisory) and corporate environments , bridging strategic recommendations with business execution. Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Ability to analyze cultural and generational trends and transform them into strategic foresight . Experience in industries such as entertainment, education, lifestyle, wellness, or related consumer-facing sectors. Global perspective and ability to work across diverse markets and multicultural contexts. Advanced English is required; additional languages are highly valued. Competencies & Skills Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data to business impact. Executive presence and strong communication skills. Exceptional storytelling to translate complex insights into clear, inspiring narratives. Curiosity, creativity, and a forward-looking mindset.
