Job Summary We are seeking professionals passionate about cybersecurity, eager to tackle challenges using their knowledge and creativity. We are looking for someone to manage projects, ensuring their success and collaborating with other Ackcent departments to provide excellent service to our clients while ensuring their satisfaction throughout project development. Job Responsibilities Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and actionable items. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively propose corrective actions. Facilitate project success by leading and managing communication among teams, clients, and vendors. Promote communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of processes. Work closely with team leaders to assess resource needs for current and future projects. Continuously monitor team capacity, identify potential bottlenecks or resource gaps, and propose proactive solutions. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on team capacity, resource utilization, and improvement recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in project operations management or a similar role. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. Strong team-working skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
