Senior Unity Developer (Freelance / Part-Time) Cubic Frog® Inc. is an indie educational game studio with 60M downloads worldwide. We create fun, ethical, and imaginative preschool learning games loved by kids, parents, and teachers. We’re now looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our team on a freelance part-time basis . What you’ll do: Develop, optimize, and maintain our 2D educational children’s games in Unity & C# Manage builds and publishing for both Apple App Store and Google Play Ensure full compliance with store requirements (notifications, ratings, subscriptions, privacy, etc.) Use AI tools to accelerate development and streamline workflows Collaborate with our small, fast-moving indie team with clear and proactive communication Work on-site and remotely as needed , depending on project requirements What we’re looking for: Senior-level expertise in Unity and C#, with a proven track record of shipped mobile games Solid experience publishing apps to both App Store and Google Play Strong knowledge of subscription-based apps , including in-app purchases and renewals Familiarity with notification systems, rating prompts, and all Apple/Google compliance requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Comfortable in a small indie studio environment (agile, creative, and learning-driven) Passion for educational children’s games and alignment with our values of simplicity, imagination, and fun Ability to embrace AI-assisted development for faster, smarter workflows Nice to have: Experience with cross-platform optimization Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for preschool audiences Interest in cross-disciplinary collaboration (design, sound, animation)
