CDM / Principal Designer – Demolition and New Build Housing - Public Sector Are you ready to take the next step in your CDM career with this 'new to market' contract position. You will play a pivotal role in shaping safer, smarter projects across a diverse portfolio, including demolition works and new build housing developments. This is your chance to work alongside industry leaders, influence design and construction safety, and contribute to projects that make a lasting difference. This is a contract position paid on an hourly or day rate. What You Will Do: • Deliver the role of Client CDM Advisor and Principal Designer Advisor on a variety of exciting projects, including demolition and new build housing schemes. • Work closely with clients, designers, and key project stakeholders, providing expert advice on design and construction safety to ensure full compliance with CDM 2015. • Engage with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Project Managers, Site Management teams, Design Managers, the HSE, and Health and Safety Managers to maintain the highest standards of collaboration and compliance. • Conduct regular design reviews to embed compliance and best practice throughout every stage of design, demolition, and construction. • Prepare and manage all required CDM documentation, including F10 submissions and Pre-Construction Information.
