Finance Manager

This role is critical in shaping financial strategies and driving business performance and profitability through insightful analysis and planning. Main duties and responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for non financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Manage and develop a small Finance team The main candidate will be: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA) Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and able to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
