Role Overview As an Implementation Engineer, you will: Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategies, incidents, and risk management. Develop relationships with customers to understand and address their operational and technical needs. Collaborate with developers and engineers to provide strategic technical guidance and ensure application health. Work with product teams to customize solutions for clients. Monitor and support successful product integrations. Minimum Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in a technical account management or integration engineering role, preferably in fintech or payments. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools. Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side languages (Golang, Python, Node.js, etc.). Experience with server and database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ticketing systems.
