Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and elevate the operational capability of manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Craft and implement operational strategies that support long term business performance and reliability. Monitor performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement across the organisation. Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to streamline output and enhance efficiency. Manage budgets and operational resources, ensuring optimal utilisation and cost control. Candidate Profile Degree qualified, ideally in Engineering. Proven experience in a senior operations role within a precision engineering or engineered products manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
