Power BI Support admin Hybrid Mexico city / 3 days office in Tlalpan contractor salary: dollars Job Description for Power BI Support Analyst (Admin Team) The Power BI Support Analyst will provide technical and administrative support for Power BI users across the RMDx organization. This role ensures smooth operation, data access management, and security and integrity within the Power BI environment, supporting the Admin Team's reporting and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities Manage Power BI workspace access, permissions, and user roles. Monitor and troubleshoot report/dashboard performance issues. Assist users with publishing, sharing, and scheduling reports. Maintain data refresh schedules and resolve failures. Support governance policies and ensure compliance with data security standards. Collaborate with data owners and report developers to ensure accurate data representation. Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Power BI Service and Desktop. Hands on knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
