Plant Sr Document Control Spec

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Check the product information such as drawings, lists of materials dxfs corporate standards, etc. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Check the product technical information such as calculations, drawings and information certificates materials, WPS, etc. Check manufacturing information by applying the principles of JCMS (Lean Production) such as FMEA, Process Diagrams, Sheets methods applicable CNC programs, etc. Check the information and procedures engineering. Check the product information and technical obsolete. Load, maintain and control engineering information in SAP. Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation. Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company. Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards. Properly use Personal Protective Equipment. Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals. REQUIREMENTS: Technical (Mechanical or mechatronics) degree. English > 60 %. 2 years of experience in the Metal Mechanics Industry and Metallurgical knowledge. Knowledge of the use of software programs as Pro-E- Pro-Mechanic, AutoCAD, Office and SAP System. Ability to relations with direct people. Leader skills. Ability to develop and motivate direct reports. This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details. Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
