Job Opportunity Renewable Energy Power Plant Manager – Wind Projects Location: Oaxaca, Mexico Join our team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico . We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Power Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our wind power plants. General Objective of the Position The Plant Manager is responsible for supervising the O&M contractor at the assigned wind power project, ensuring both technical performance and non-technical risk mitigation . This role involves monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting performance optimization to guarantee operational excellence and business continuity. Main Responsibilities 1. Non-Technical Risk Mitigation Supervise the implementation of sufficient mitigation measures for all high-impact non-technical risks that could cause project deviations. Monitor early warning signals to detect potential risks and implement timely corrective actions. Ensure swift and effective response from the O&M contractor to minimize impacts and ensure business continuity. 2. Technical Performance Management Oversee the execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan and ensure sufficient mitigation measures for technical performance deviations. Ensure timely corrective actions and swift responses from the O&M contractor in case of unavailability events. Verify compliance with grid operator instructions and applicable regulations. Support performance analysis, identifying deviations in WTG performance and defining corrective actions. Job Profile Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering degree. Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years in wind power plant operations . Professional Area: Renewable Energy – Wind. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
