Operations Support Coordinator

About the RoleWe're recruiting for two Operations & Distribution Coordinators to join a well-established consumer goods and distribution company. These roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, and offer the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. One role will focus on Inbound logistics and the other on Outbound coordination.What You'll DoEnter and process orders accurately and on timeCreate and maintain SKUs for new productsCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including trucking schedules and container shipmentsWork closely with sales, buyers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth distributionTrack orders and provide updates to internal stakeholdersSupport with documentation, scheduling, and reporting using Excel, SharePoint, and other systemsAssist in ensuring packaging, production, and shipment requirements are met (e.g., shrink wrap, labeling)What We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in order entry, logistics, supply chain, or distribution supportStrong skills in Excel and familiarity with other MS Office/SharePoint toolsExperience with WMS or ERP systems (Sage software an asset)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
