Position: Order Fulfillment Project Manager - Costco AccountLocation: LaSalle (Onsite, 5 days per week)Salary: Up to $75K (based on experience) benefitsAbout the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Project Manager to oversee their Costco account. This role is critical to ensuring flawless execution of every step of the order process — from product development and raw material planning through to production, shipment, and delivery of the finished product to the consumer. If you thrive on managing details, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary project manager for all Costco orders, ensuring compliance with Costco's processes and requirements.- Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from concept and product development through to delivery.- Work cross-functionally with production, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and sales to align timelines and resolve challenges.- Monitor raw material availability and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.- Maintain strong communication with Costco's buying team and internal stakeholders.- Track progress and manage timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.- Ensure product, packaging, testing, and logistics requirements are met according to Costco standards.- Anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.Qualifications:- Must have direct experience working with Costco (non-negotiable).- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (order fulfillment, project management, supply chain, or account management).- Strong understanding of production processes, raw materials, and product development cycles.- Previous exposure to B2B sales and working with large retail accounts.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.Interested candidates can send their resume to Julie Maltby at jmaltby@quantum.ca.
