UPS México is looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow client portfolio in Tijuana and surrounding areas . This is a hybrid position with home office flexibility and field work. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential clients to meet monthly sales goals. Contact prospects via phone/email and schedule meetings. Analyze client needs and present UPS Global Freight Forwarding services. Prepare value-based proposals and manage active accounts. Maintain client relationships and resolve issues. Track sales performance through internal reports and systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (required). Strong knowledge of ocean freight (mandatory). Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, warehousing (preferred). Business-level English. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
