Investment Analyst

Investment Analyst Main Duties and Responsibilities: Gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to develop comprehensive financial models and investment analyses Build and refine financial models to assess the feasibility and potential returns of hospitality investment opportunities Prepare internal and external investment memoranda for presentation to investment committees and stakeholders Collaborate with team members and managers on financial analyses, investment memoranda, and related matters Actively contribute to due diligence processes for prospective investments, including third-party evaluations where applicable Maintain and update financial models to reflect evolving market conditions and asset performance Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive landscapes, and economic factors. Assist in the creation of asset management and development reports and materials, including performance summaries, strategic plans, and investor updates. Track financial information and ensure GP-LP compliance for the private equity fund, including monitoring distributions, reporting obligations, and regulatory adherence. Perform ad hoc and specialized analyses as requested by senior team members. Requirements Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment banking, private equity, Real Estate, or similar field. Financial modeling experience. Education: Bachelor's degree graduated of Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field Strong analytical skills with a quantitative mindset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building, auditing, and optimizing complex financial models Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational abilities Formal training in financial modeling and analysis, including pro forma development Solid understanding of commercial loan terms, programs, and capital structuring principles Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities Onsite Job.
