About the Rol: We're looking for a Commercial Deductions Analyst for our Credit to Cash (C2C) team in Mexico. In this role, you won't just manage numbers; you'll be a crucial strategic partner. You'll work closely with local teams and clients to ensure an efficient cash application process and optimize commercial operations globally. Responsibilities: As a GTN Deductions Analyst, you will be a key player in managing commercial deductions, such as promotions and pricing adjustments. Your main mission is to ensure a seamless workflow and the efficient resolution of discrepancies. Manage commercial deductions from end-to-end, from monitoring key metrics to preparing month-end closing reports. Collaborate with customers and internal teams (sales, finance, etc.) to resolve disputes and secure the collection of outstanding balances. Optimize processes by actively participating in continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives. Analyze financial data to identify root causes and propose solutions. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years in finance, preferably in C2C processes such as Collections, Cash Application, or Deductions. Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administrative fields. Language: Advanced proficiency in English and French is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Aptitudes: Analytical skills, customer orientation, and proactivity.
